Shipping Policy


Generally orders will leave the store with in 1–2 business days of being placed. However, that time may vary during busy time seasons. We ship via USPS and UPS and select the best shipping method available between those two providers on an order to order basis. If you have special shipping needs please list them in the order notes at checkout, email, or call the store.


If you have had previous issues with packages being mishandled, or you are located at an address not deliverable by either USPS or UPS, please let us know in the order notes at checkout. If you'd like we can add any additional securities such as signature on arrival, hold at shipping facility, custom shipping plans, etc. Extra shipping costs may incur.


Shipping times vary depending on size of items and location. Economy shipping generally will take anywhere from 2–10 business days once it has left the store while Standard is generally 1-5 business days. Shipping times can not be guaranteed but usually are pretty accurate.


We will always choose a shipping method with tracking. Once your order has been processed, tracking will be sent to the email you used to place the order. Sometimes tracking can take a few days to update. So, if you don't see your tracking update don't be alarmed, it is more than likely en route. If you have questions feel free to reach out.


Once an order has left our store we can not be held responsible for the items. If your package has been mishandled in anyway (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.), we will be more than happy to help you communicate with the shipping company but ultimately the responsibility lies on the one receiving the package.


For orders outside of the USA, we are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or any other fees regarding the order. International orders can be subject to holds during the international shipping process. Please be patient and check the tracking number provided for your order. Due to the extra costs associated with international shipping we urge customers to not purchase if they think they may need to return an item.
