The Arbor Astrowaste Snowboard is unlike anything else in the Arbor lineup, a first of its kind dual parabolic profile fuses parabolic rocker with parabolic camber to deliver a ride that somehow feels both surfy and locked in at the same time. Updated Grip Tech and 3D fenders give it the control and float to explore any terrain and if this is what Bryan Iguchi's vision of the perfect balance looks like, we are not complaining!

Real Wood Powerply: Built with natural fiber, wood and bamboo topsheets drive the performance, aesthetic, and ethos that Arbor is known for. Several steps are taken to get a Powerply onto Arbor snowboards responsibly, and in a way that ensures durability and lasting quality.
Highland II Core: A 10/20 Poplar-Paulownia blend delivers reduced weight, improved snap, and enhanced responsiveness underfoot.
Laminates:
Mixed Glassing: A triax over biax lay-up that's best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.
Sidewalls:
360° Fully Wrapped Sidewalls: Eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
Base:
Sintered Base: A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed.
Edges:
Grip Tech: Grip Tech adds heel and toe contact points for enhanced edge control and improved board response.
Fenders: Slight 3D lifts that symmetrically raise the outer contact points off the snow for smoother, more natural turn initiation.
Topsheet:
Bio-Plastic Topsheet: One of the materials Arbor uses in the quest to eliminate harmful petroleum based plastics from the production cycle. Made from castor bean oil, this eco-topsheet is extremely durable and water repellent.
Additional Features:
Bio-Resin: Bio-Resin is a replacement for traditional petroleum based resin that doesn't affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into it are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% when compared to its petroleum based equivalent.
